Studio Rental Policy

• Refunds & Account Credits: All sales are final; no cash or card refunds are provided. Early cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental time will issue a studio credit to your account.

• Payment File: A credit card must be provided to keep on file.

• Prohibited Items: No food, alcohol, or smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises or inside the building.

• Session Timing: Please end your session on time. If your rental runs past your booked slot, you will be charged for a full additional hour.

• Private Events: Please contact us for a customized quote if you are planning a private event (e.g., birthday parties, baby showers, or dance socials).

Important Note for First-Time Renters: New renters must complete required documentation before a first booking can be finalized (System will not let you book otherwise).

• Rental Agreement: A full rental agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature.

• Approval Process: All rental approvals are conducted via email, not in person.

• Studio Tours: If you require a tour prior to booking, please schedule it via email.
